Membership Information

Membership Benefits -

The GRKC is an AKC All Breed Club, dedicated to providing a supportive community to help you train yourself and learn to train your dog. You will be amazed at how working with your dog will increase the bond between the two of you.

Qualified GRKC members enjoy significant discounts on classes.

Members can earn the right to become a keyholder for the building, making it possible to train on your own schedule. Members and their dogs can use the building and the grounds anytime a structured activity or class is not scheduled. Members also enjoy the flexibility of being able to train in or outside the building given any particular day’s weather conditions.

The GRKC has over 20 acres of grounds, a heated training building, an electrically lit outdoor fenced in agility yard, a fenced exercise area and a smaller "Puppy Building" all for training. There is plenty of room to train or run and exercise your dog year round.

Requirements for Membership

The membership fee is only $40 per year for an adult active member. Family memberships are also offered.

Members are asked to also contribute to the club by volunteering. We ask that members attend at least 3 of the monthly membership meetings. We also ask that members volunteer for 3 Show Credits and 3 Function Credits per year. A credit is earned by signing up for various jobs in the notebooks at the club.

Working with the other club members to support the club, is a great way to meet people and make new friends.

The Current Member Renewal form is located HERE.

The New Membership Application is located HERE.

The GRKC Constitution and By-Laws are HERE.

You are asked to attend one meeting at the club before joining, and you may bring your application to that meeting. We want you to have the opportunity to meet some of the members of the club, and we would love to meet you. Club meetings are held at 8pm on the second Wednesday of every month in the main building.
